Yes I used the word “exacerbate,” wrong where I meant to say exhausted. We’re rusty but we’re getting up to speed!

What about adding a timeline so that I can listen to topics that interest me and skip ones that don’t. 30 min is more than I can handle, and a lot of the stuff isn’t too interesting to me. I would love to be able to go directly to the parts I want to hear
The file format is an .m4a so if you were to use iTunes, there are chapter divisions. Any topics that you wish we discuss?
I don’t use itunes…..how about more iphone stuff
